Who we are

What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Contact and enquiry details — your name, email address, phone number and project details when you request a quote, order a sample box or contact us through a form.
- Order details — your name, email, delivery address and order contents when you buy installation materials or a sample box. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.
- Uploaded plans — drawings or files you upload to the Plan Analyser so we can analyse them and respond to your enquiry.
- Account details — if you have a staff or trade account, your login email and account activity.
- Usage data — anonymised or aggregated information about how the site is used, such as which pages and projects are viewed, so we can improve the website.
How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and provide technical advice.
- To process and deliver orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To analyse plans you upload and return the results to you.
- To manage staff and trade accounts and keep the site secure.
- To understand how the website is used and improve our products and content.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
Under the GDPR, we process your data on the following bases: performance of a contract or steps towards one (quotes, orders, deliveries), our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, improving and securing the website), legal obligations (records for tax and accounting), and consent where we ask for it.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the business, for example:
- Our payment provider (Stripe) to process card payments securely.
- Delivery and courier services to ship your order.
- Our website hosting, database and email providers, who process data on our behalf under contract.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are in place.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and quote records are kept for as long as needed to handle your project and any follow-up. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Irish tax and company law (generally six years). Uploaded plans are kept while your enquiry is active and are then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed.
- Ask us to erase your data, or restrict or object to how we use it, in certain circumstances.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@ccrmstructures.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC), 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, Ireland — www.dataprotection.ie.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses a small amount of local storage to remember things like your basket contents and to count which pages and projects are viewed. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our systems and limiting access to personal data to those who need it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the "last updated" date shown at the top.
