Question 1

What products do you supply?

Accepted Answer

CCRM Structures supplies window sills, mouldings and reveals, canopies, and (coming soon) roofing products. All are manufactured from an ultra-high-density EPS core with a durable polyurea finish (mouldings use a sandstone resin finish), custom-made to your specifications.

Question 2

What are the products made from?

Accepted Answer

All products use an ultra-high-density EPS (expanded polystyrene) core with a durable polyurea coating (mouldings use a sandstone resin coating) — making them super lightweight while maintaining structural integrity, thermal performance and long-term durability.

Question 3

Can your products improve my BER rating?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our window sills reduce cold bridging at the window/sill junction — directly improving BER performance.

Question 4

Are the products CE certified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All CCRM Structures products carry the CE mark. Declaration of Performance (DoP) documents are available on request.

Question 5

What lengths do mouldings come in?

Accepted Answer

All mouldings and reveals are available in 2400mm lengths only. The sandstone resin finish is the only available finish.

Question 6

Where do you ship to?

Accepted Answer

We supply nationally across Ireland, Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe.

Question 7

What is the production lead time?

Accepted Answer

Our average production turnaround is 14–21 days from order confirmation.

Question 8

How do I obtain a quote?

Accepted Answer

Email us at info@ccrmstructures.com with your window schedule or a list of finished sill sizes in millimetres.

Question 9

What adhesive is used?

Accepted Answer

Window sills are installed using mortar. Canopies and mouldings should be fixed using Low Expansion Foam or Profile Adhesive.

Question 10

Can I paint the products?

Accepted Answer

Yes — window sills can be painted. Prime with a water-based primer, then apply quality exterior water-based paint in thin coats.

Question 11

What weight can window sills support?

Accepted Answer

Standard window sills withstand up to ½ tonne per linear metre.
